This is Aybe Sea, a nice piano/guitar instrumental from Burnt Weeny
Sandwich.  It's fairly easy, although I haven't attempted to tab out 
the bit towards the end as it all gets a bit complicated and I'm 
scared...
 
NOTES:
 
Not much...  Wherever you see a chord play it as a quick arpeggio. 
Listen to the song.  Note it's ABC formula.  =)
